Article 5 Processing and retention period of personal information
  • Weven Co., Ltd. processes and preserves personal information within the period of preservation and use of personal information prescribed by law or the period of preservation and use of personal information agreed by the the information subject at the time of collection of personal information. When the purpose of collection and use of personal information is achieved, the retention period expires, or the member withdraws consent to collection and use, the collected personal information is destroyed so that it cannot be viewed or used.

    • However, for members whose service agreement is in effect (members who have not withdrawn) pursuant to the Weven Co., Ltd. service agreement (terms of use), the retention period may be longer than the mandatory retention period, and records for which the relevant period has elapsed will be destroyed if the customer requests withdrawal of consent.
  • In order to block members who repeatedly perform re-registration and arbitrary cancellation of membership after withdrawal from membership to gain economic benefits such as event benefits provided by Weven Co., Ltd., or who commit illegal or fraudulent acts such as using names without permission in the process, the member's nickname, email, and mobile phone number information are stored for 1 month after withdrawal from membership, and log records and access IP information are stored for 12 months.
  • If a member has no service usage record for 1 year, the member will be notified in advance and stored separately in accordance with Article 29 of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc. However, if preservation is required by the provisions of related laws, such as the laws described in Paragraph 2 above, the information will be stored for the period specified in the related laws.
Article 6 Use of collected personal information and provision to third parties

Article 8 Rights of users and legal representatives and methods of exercising them
  • The data subject may exercise the following rights regarding Weven Co., Ltd. at any time, including requesting access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of personal information.

Article 9 Procedures and methods for destroying personal information
  • Weven Co., Ltd. will destroy personal information immediately after the purpose of collecting it has been achieved according to the period of retention and use. The procedure, method and timing of the destruction are as follows.
    • Destruction Procedure
      The information entered by the member is transferred to a separate DB (separate document in the case of paper) after the purpose is achieved and stored for a certain period of time or destroyed immediately in accordance with internal policies and other relevant laws. In this case, personal information transferred to the DB will not be used for any other purpose than as required by law.

      When the retention period of a member's personal information has expired, the personal information will be destroyed within 5 days from the end of the retention period. Article 13 Department that receives and processes requests to view personal information
  • “Members” may request access to their personal information in accordance with Article 35 of the Personal Information Protection Act to the department below. The personal information protection officer or person in charge will endeavor to promptly process “Members’” requests to access their personal information.
    • You may view or correct your registered personal information at any time. Article 15 Changes to personal information processing policy

Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms and conditions are intended to regulate the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the company and its members, as well as other necessary matters, in relation to the use of the homepage builder service and related services provided by Weven Co., Ltd.
Article 2 (Definition)
The terms used in these Terms and Conditions are defined below.
  • “Member” refers to a customer who accesses the company’s ZAEMIT and Z-Studio, enters into a usage agreement with Weven Co., Ltd. in accordance with these terms and conditions, and uses the “Service” provided by Weven Co., Ltd.
  • “ID” means a combination of letters and numbers that a “Member” sets and Weven Co., Ltd. approves for the purpose of identifying the “Member” and using the service.
  • “Password” refers to a combination of letters or numbers set by the “Member” to confirm that the “Member” matches the “ID” granted to the “Member” and to protect confidentiality.
  • “Paid Service” refers to various website construction services and other services provided by Weven Co., Ltd. for a fee among the “Services”.
  • “Post” refers to text, photos, videos, and various files and links in the form of information such as symbols, letters, voices, sounds, images, and videos posted on the service by members while using the service.
Article 3 (Specification, explanation and revision of terms and conditions, etc.)
  • Weven Co., Ltd. will post the contents of these terms and conditions on the initial screen of the service so that “members” can easily understand them. However, the contents of the terms and conditions may be made available for “members” to view through the connection screen.
  • Weven Co., Ltd. may revise to the extent that they do not violate related laws such as the 「Act on Regulation of Terms and Conditions」 and the 「Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc.」 (hereinafter referred to as the “Network Act”).
  • If the Weven Co., Ltd. revises the terms and conditions, the effective date and reason for the revision will be clearly stated and announced together with the current Terms and Conditions from 7 days prior to the effective date until the day before the effective date. However, if the Terms and Conditions change disadvantage to the members, it will be announced with a grace period of at least 30 days in advance. In this case, Weven Co., Ltd. clearly compares the contents before and after the revision and displays them for users to understand easily.
  • If a member does not agree to the changed terms and conditions, he or she may request termination of the service agreement and withdrawal. If he or she continues to use the service without expressing objection after 7 days from the effective date of the changed terms and conditions, he or she will be deemed to have agreed to the changes in the terms and conditions.
  • For matters not specified in these Terms and Conditions, relevant laws and customs shall apply.
Article 4 (Provision and Change of Services)
  • In principle, Weven Co., Ltd. provides "service" 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
  • Weven Co., Ltd. can change all or part of the service being provided based on operational or technical requirements if there is a substantial reason. In cases where there are changes to the content, usage method, or usage time of the service, the reason for the change, the content of the service to be changed, the date of provision, etc. must be posted on the initial screen of the relevant service at least 7 days before the change.
  • The Weven Co., Ltd. may modify, suspend or change any or all of the services provided free of charge when necessary for the Company's policies and operations, and no separate compensation will be provided to members unless there are special provisions in relevant laws.
  • If a change in "Paid Service" is significant or unfavorable to the "Members," the Weven Co., Ltd. shall notify the "Members" who have received the "Paid Service" in accordance with Article 9(notification to the Members). In this case, the Weven Co., Ltd. will provide the pre-change service to the "Members" who have refused to consent Provided, That if the Service is impossible, the provision of the service may be suspended or the Contract may be discontinued, and in this case, the refund will be processed in accordance with Article 17 (4).
  • Weven Co., Ltd. may be temporarily suspended service during regular maintenance or system upgrades, and any temporary disruption due to scheduled work will be announced in advance on the Company's website or by means of Article 9.
Article 5 (Suspension of Service)
  • Weven Co., Ltd. may temporarily suspend service provision in the event of maintenance, replacement or failure of information and communication devices such as computers, communication problems, or other serious operational reasons. In such cases, the Weven Co., Ltd. shall notify the Company in advance on its website or by the method prescribed in Article 9("Notice to Members"). However, if Weven Co., Ltd. has any unavoidable reason to interfere that prevents prior notice, notice may be provided after the fact.
  • In the event that the “Paid Service” cannot be provided due to reasons such as change in business type or abandonment of business, Weven Co., Ltd. will notify the “Member” in the manner prescribed in Article 9(Notice to Members) and compensate the “Member” according to the conditions initially presented by Weven Co., Ltd..
Article 6 (Membership Registration)
  • “Users” apply for membership by filling out membership information in the registration form set by Weven Co., Ltd. and expressing their agreement to these terms and conditions.
  • Weven Co., Ltd. will be registered as a member unless any of the following items are among the users who applied for membership under Article 1.
    • If the applicant has previously lost membership qualifications pursuant to Article 8, Paragraph 3 of these Terms and Conditions
    • If there is any false, omitted or incorrect information in the registration
    • If it is determined that registering as a non-regular member significantly hinders the technology of Weven Co., Ltd.
  • The time of establishment of the membership agreement is when Weven Co., Ltd.’s approval reaches the “member.”
  • If there is a change in the information registered at the time of membership registration, the “Member” must notify Weven Co., Ltd. of the change within a reasonable period of time by way of modifying the member information.
Article 7 (Change of member information)
  • “Members” can view and edit their personal information at any time through the personal information management screen. However, IDs, etc. required for service management cannot be edited.
  • If there is a change in the information provided during the membership application process, the “Member” must make the change online or notify Weven Co., Ltd. of the change via e-mail or other means.
  • Weven Co., Ltd. is not responsible for any disadvantages that may arise from failure to notify Weven Co., Ltd. of changes in Article 2.
Article 8 (Withdrawal of membership and loss of qualification, etc.)
  • “Member” may request withdrawal from Weven Co., Ltd. at any time, and Weven Co., Ltd. will process the withdrawal immediately.
  • If a member falls under any of the following reasons, Membership of Weven Co., Ltd. may be restricted or suspended.
    • If you provide false information when applying for membership
    • If the member fails to pay the service usage fee of Weven Co., Ltd. or any other debts borne by the member in relation to the use of Weven Co., Ltd.’s services on the due date
    • In case of threatening the e-commerce order by interfering with other people's use of Weven Co., Ltd. services or stealing their information
    • If you use Weven Co., Ltd. to act prohibited by the law or its terms and conditions or against public order and morals,
  • If the same action is repeated more than twice after Weven Co., Ltd. restricts or suspends its membership, or if the cause is not corrected within 30 days, the membership of Weven Co., Ltd. may be revoked.
  • If a member loses his/her membership by Weven Co., Ltd., his/her membership registration will be canceled. In this case, the member will be notified and given at least 30 days to explain before the cancellation of his/her membership.
Article 9 (Notice to “Members”)
  • If Weven Co., Ltd. notifies "Member", it may be done electronically, such as through an e-mail address agreed upon in advance with the “member” or through a pop-up window upon logging in.
  • Where Weven Co., Ltd. notifies all "members", the notice in paragraph 1 may be replaced by posting on the bulletin board of Weven Co., Ltd. for more than 7 days. However, individual notices will be given for matters that have a significant impact on the transactions of “members”
Article 10 (Service Use Agreement)
  • The “Service” use agreement is concluded when a “Member” applies for use of the “Service” in accordance with the procedures set forth by Weven Co., Ltd. and Weven Co., Ltd. approves such application.
  • If any of the following applies to a “member”’s service use application, Weven Co., Ltd. may not accept it or terminate the service use agreement afterwards.
    • If the applicant has previously lost membership due to these terms and conditions
    • If the name is not real or someone else's name is used
    • If you provide false information or do not provide the information requested by the company
    • In the case where a child under the age of 14 does not obtain consent from a legal representative (parent, etc.) when entering “personal information” as defined in the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc.
    • If approval is not possible due to reasons attributable to the user or if the application is made in violation of other stipulated matters
  • In the event that consent to use of the “Service” is not granted or reserved pursuant to Paragraph 2, Weven Co., Ltd. will in principle notify the “Member” of this in the manner stipulated in Article 9(“Notice to Member”).
  • The time of establishment of the use contract is when the Weven Co., Ltd. confirms the conditions of approval, etc. and then indicates the conclusion of the contract in the "Service" use contract procedure or notifies the "Member" according to Article 9(Notice to Members).
  • In the case of entering into a service agreement with a minor under the age of 19, Weven Co., Ltd. must notify before signing the contract that the minor or legal representative may cancel the contract if you do not obtain consent from your parent or other legal representative or if you do not obtain ratification after signing the contract.
  • Weven Co., Ltd. can classify "members" into various levels according to company policy and subdivide usage patterns, service menus, etc. to make a difference in use.
  • If there is no spare equipment related to the “Service” or if there are technical or business issues, consent may be withheld.
Article 11 (Restrictions on Service Use)
  • In case of an act that constitutes termination of the “Service” use agreement pursuant to Article 12, Paragraph 1
  • If the “member”’s service usage fee is not paid
  • If a “member” violates the obligations of these terms and conditions or interferes with the normal operation of the service, use of the service may be restricted in stages through warnings, temporary suspension, and contract termination.
  • Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, if you violate related laws, such as identity theft and payment theft in violation of the “Resident Registration Act,” provision of illegal programs and interference with operation in violation of the “Copyright Act” and the “Computer Program Protection Act,” and illegal communication and hacking, distribution of malicious programs, exceeding of access rights in violation of the “Information and Communications Network Act,” the contract may be terminated immediately. If the contract is terminated in accordance with this paragraph, all benefits acquired through use of the service will also be terminated, and the company will not provide separate compensation for this.
  • If a free member does not log in for 12 consecutive months or more, use may be restricted to protect member information and improve operational efficiency.
  • The Company shall determine the terms and details of the restrictions within the scope of the restrictions of this Article in accordance with the restrictions on use policy, etc.
  • In case the use of the service is restricted or the contract is terminated in accordance with this Article, the Weven Co., Ltd. will provide a notice in accordance with Article 9(Notice to Members).
Article 12 (Termination of Service Use Agreement)
  • “Members” must not perform the following actions:
    • Registration of false information when applying or changing
    • Stealing other people's information
    • Changes to information posted on Weven Co., Ltd.
    • Transmission or posting of information (computer programs, etc.) other than the information specified by Weven Co., Ltd.
    • Infringement of intellectual property rights, such as copyrights of Weven Co., Ltd. and other third parties
    • Weven Co., Ltd. and other third parties' reputation damage or business interference
    • Acts of disclosing or posting obscene or violent messages, images, voices, or other information that violates public order and morals on Weven Co., Ltd.
    • Actions that are significantly low-quality or lacking in content and do not provide significant added value to users, such as search engine spam, doorware pages, and pages that are very similar to other services.
    • Any action that violates the company's separately stipulated content principles or does not conform to the character of the company.
    • Acts that lower the quality of the service, such as uploading or running programs that may impede the performance of the service
    • Other illegal or improper acts
  • “Members” must comply with the relevant laws, the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, the user guide, and any notices made in relation to the “Service,” and other matters notified by Weven Co., Ltd., and must not engage in any other acts that interfere with the business of Weven Co., Ltd..
  • The cancellation, termination and restriction of use of Weven Co., Ltd. may be challenged by the "Members" in accordance with the procedures set by Weven Co., Ltd.. In this case, if Weven Co., Ltd. determines that the objection is justified, Weven Co., Ltd. will immediately resume use of the service.
  • If a “member” terminates the contract, all data on the website owned by the member will be deleted and cannot be recovered.
Article 13 (Provision of information)
  • Weven Co., Ltd. may provide “members” with various information deemed necessary during their use of the service through methods such as notices or e-mail. However, “members” may refuse to receive e-mails, etc. at any time, except for transaction-related information and customer center responses in accordance with relevant laws.
  • In case of transmitting the information in Article 1 by telephone or facsimile, it will be transmitted after obtaining the prior consent of the “member”.
Article 14 (Copyright of Posts)
  • The copyright of the “homepage” and “postings” within the “homepage” created by the “member” through use of the “service” belongs to each respective author, and the copyright and intellectual property rights for the “service” belong to Weven Co., Ltd..
  • “Homepages” and “Posts” within “Homepages” created by “Members” through use of the “Service” may be exposed to “Services” and related promotions provided by Weven Co., Ltd., and may be posted after being modified, copied, or edited to the extent necessary for such exposure.
  • In case of using the “member’s” “homepage” and “postings within the homepage” in a manner other than that in Paragraph 2, the “member” must be notified in advance and consent obtained in accordance with Article 12.
  • The copyright and other intellectual property rights for the works created by Weven Co., Ltd. belong to Weven Co., Ltd..
Article 15 (Management of Posts)
  • If a “Member”’s post contains content that violates related laws such as the “Information and Communications Network Act” and the “Copyright Act,” the rights holder may request suspension or deletion of the post in accordance with the procedures set forth in the relevant laws, and Weven Co., Ltd. and “Member” must take action in accordance with the relevant laws.
  • Even if there is no request from the rights holder according to the preceding paragraph, if there is a reason to believe that a rights infringement has occurred or if there is a violation of other company policies or related laws, temporary measures, etc. may be taken against the relevant posting in accordance with related laws.
Article 16 (Attribution of Rights)
  • The copyright and intellectual property rights for the “Service” belong to the company. However, this excludes member posts and works provided under affiliate agreements.
  • In relation to the service, the company only grants members the right to use accounts, IDs, content, etc. in accordance with the terms of use set by the company, and “members” cannot transfer, sell, provide collateral, or otherwise dispose of these.
  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, Weven Co., Ltd. reserves the right to determine ownership of User Content or User Platform, including by disregarding the foregoing, if, in its sole discretion, determines that the circumstances warrant such a determination based on the facts and circumstances of the case.
Article 17 (Refund)
  • Weven Co., Ltd. provides a 7-day money-back guarantee for paid services. This period may be extended by law. Refunds do not apply to additional purchases, upgrades, changes, or renewals of Weven Co., Ltd. services.
  • The refund amount may differ from the amount originally charged to you due to currency conversion and third-party fees. We are not responsible for any differences caused by Weven Co., Ltd. payment fees or fees for paid services provided by third parties.
  • After 7 days, you may cancel your subscription, but no refunds will be made unless required by law. In addition, if we learn that the cancellation notice is a malicious or illegal attempt to avoid payment for services actually received and enjoyed, we will still have the right to charge the user who provided the notice for any Weven Co., Ltd. services actually received, as permitted by law.
  • If the Weven Co., Ltd. is unable to improve or correct defects in the agreed “paid service” and the service is not provided or normal use is impossible, a full refund of the amount paid by the member is guaranteed.
  • In the event of termination of the contract pursuant to Article 5, Paragraph 2, Articles 11 and 12, or the “Member” terminate the “Paid Service” usage agreement, charges will not be refunded unless required by law.
  • The company will process refunds using the same method of payment, and if refunds cannot be made using the same method of payment, it will notify you in advance. However, in the case of payment methods that require confirmation of receipt, the refund will be made within 3 business days from the date of confirmation of receipt.
Article 18 (Compensation for damages to members due to temporary suspension of service, etc.)
During the period in which the “Paid Service” is provided to the Customer, reasonable efforts must be made to provide the maximum monthly uptime. If the service responsibilities included in the “Paid Service” are not met, the Customer may claim the service compensation plan defined below through customer support, etc. However, the time for regular inspections, etc. notified in advance is not included in the calculation of the monthly uptime.
  • If the monthly downtime exceeds 3 hours, compensation will be paid after negotiation within the range of 5 times the amount calculated by multiplying the average daily rate for the past 3 months (or the applicable period if less than 3 months) by the number of hours of service outage divided by 24.
  • Compensation will be paid within 3 business days after the compensation plan is negotiated.
Article 19 (Personal Information Protection Obligation)
  • We strive to protect the personal information of “members” in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations, such as the “Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection” and the “Personal Information Protection Act.” The relevant laws and Weven Co., Ltd.’s personal information processing policy apply to the protection and use of personal information. However, Weven Co., Ltd.’s personal information processing policy does not apply to“homepages” managed by “members” or linked sites other than the official site of Weven Co., Ltd..
Article 20 (Obligations of Weven Co., Ltd.)
  • You must not engage in any acts prohibited by laws and regulations or these Terms and Conditions or acts that are against public order and morals, and you must do your best to provide the “Service” continuously and stably in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
  • In order for “members” to safely use the “service,” a security system must be in place to protect users’ personal information (including credit information).
  • If opinions or complaints raised by “members” regarding the use of the service are deemed justified, they must be processed, and the processing process and results must be communicated to “members” through the bulletin board or e-mail, etc.
  • The following information is displayed on the initial screen of the “paid service”, its packaging, FAQ, etc., so that “members” can easily understand it.
    • Name or title of paid service
    • Contents of paid services, usage methods, usage fees, payment methods, and other terms of use
    • Available devices and minimum technical specifications required for use
  • In order to verify the identity of a “member”, Weven Co., Ltd. may request the submission of certain information and related documents within a certain scope, and may provide such information if requested by an authorized agency, etc. in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
Article 21 (Obligations of “Members” Regarding “ID” and “Password”)
  • Except for the case in Article 19, the responsibility for managing the “ID” and “password” of a “member” lies with the “member.”
  • “Members” must not allow third parties to use their “ID” and “Password.”
  • If a “Member” becomes aware that his/her “ID” and “Password” have been stolen or are being used by a third party, he/she must immediately notify Weven Co., Ltd. and follow any instructions provided by Weven Co., Ltd..
  • In the case of clause 3, if the “member” in question does not notify Weven Co., Ltd. of the fact or does not follow Weven Co., Ltd.’s instructions even after notifying Weven Co., Ltd. is not responsible for any disadvantages that may arise.
Article 22 (Limitation of Liability)
  • In the event that the “Service” cannot be provided due to a natural disaster or other force majeure, the responsibility for providing the “Service” will be exempted.
  • We are not responsible for any service disruption caused by the fault of a “member.”
  • We are not responsible for the reliability, accuracy, etc. of information, data, facts, etc. posted by “members” in relation to the “service”.
  • In the event of a transaction or other action between “members” or between a “member” and a third party through the “service,” liability is exempted.
  • We are not responsible for the use of services provided free of charge, unless otherwise specified in relevant laws.
  • We do not guarantee any profits expected by “Members” from using the “Service”. We also do not compensate for any damages related thereto.
Article 23 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
  • For matters not specified in these Terms and Conditions, the relevant laws and regulations shall apply, and for matters not specified in the laws, customs shall apply.
  • Any lawsuit filed between “members” of Weven Co., Ltd. shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
  • Any lawsuit regarding disputes between “members” will be filed with the court with jurisdiction over the address under the Civil Procedure Act.
Supplementary Provisions (Effective Date)
